Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 7–15 business days depending on your location within the United States.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly through the carrier's website. 4. What is your return policy?

We want you and your pet to love every purchase. If you're not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us at support@hatbase.shop within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
